The guaranteed number of participants should be confirmed at least four (4) days prior to the scheduled function date. Any changes on the number of rooms and participants must be notified in writing four (4) days before the function date.
In the event of cancellation five (5) days prior to the scheduled function date, a fifty percent (50%) cancellation fee shall be charged based on the total agreed price in the contract. Unless, otherwise, the confirmation is five (5)days before the function, full payment is required.
The Resort requires thirty percent (30%) deposit payment upon confirmation of your booking. Remaining balance shall be settled on or before the said event.
